Double Take

Well, went back to the place I posted picture of earlier. 

And I really like it. Its fits exactly what I'm looking for. Kitchen is nice and big, lots of room, open layout, no work really needs to be done to it.

Big decision time folks, big decision (okay, really the only decision is what to offer....)

I'm getting everything in order and am calling the mortgage people tomorrow to double check on the figures (I believe everyone just raised their rates).
